This 12 week program will consist of (3) training days a week with constantly varied body weight and strength exercises for women who are looking to improve their upper body strength, get their first pull up or increase their current strict pull up max! Movements will focus on foundational strength building and core activation allowing for all levels to improve their efficiency on pull ups.
This program was designed by Taylor Drescher in collaboration with gymnastic specialist Nicole Zapoli.
Equipment recommended in addition to average gym equipment: (movements can still be completed/modified without, but these items are recommended in order to achieve maximum results)
